THE VILLA
Villa Dolphin was completed in 2011. It is one of four exclusive villas that make up the Gennadi Hills complex.
The villa is situated on the edge of the authentic village of Gennadi, located in the quiet Southern part of Rhodes.
The well tended garden has a private swimming pool and two terrasses.
The private swimming pool is surrounded by a glass fence,making it safe for smallchildren.
It is relaxing to sit under the vine-covered pergola near the large stone barbecue.
In the evening the garden is beautifully lit up.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room (with sofa bed)...
...the dining area and the well-equipped kitchen (oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, large American style fridge). The ground floor also has a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
A marble staircase leads to the first floor.
Here there are two bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet).
One bedroom has a double bed. This bedroom also features a large balcony.
The other bedroom has two single beds and a small balcony.
Of course we have a television with satelite receiver, a DVD player, a music player and fast internet.
On the terraces there are comfortable loungers, umbrellas and a dining table with chairs.
We have made every effort to make the villa safe for small children, so the swimming pool has a glass surround and inside there are stair gates
All rooms feature air conditioning and the windows have mosquito screens.
Cots and high chairs are available on request and free of charge.
