Rental Fees (per week) 2024/2025

Everrything is included in the rent: water, electricity, use of bed linens, bath and tea towels, WiFi, end-of-stay cleaning, etc.
There are no additional costs! The beds are made upon arrival.

You can, if you wish, rent pool/beach towels for € 5 each.

Check-in from 16:00 h (4 p.m.) , check out  before 10:00 h (10 a.m.)

The minimal rental period is 7 nights, but if you wish you can book - upon availability - any number of additional nights (for example 10 nights).

Sometimes - if the villa is available between two occupied periods - it is also possible to rent for a shorter period than 7 days (for instance if the villa is free for 6 days). Please enquire.

We have a local representative who speaks Greek, English and Dutch. He will gladly assist you, should you face any problems.

On request we can provide - at extra cost - basic necessities (bread, butter, cheese, tea, coffee, jam, milk, mineral water etc.) You will find these articles in the villa upon arrival.

The villa is stricktly no smoking!

We regret that pets are not allowed, with the exception of assistance dogs.

If you don't want to rent a car we can recommend  VanTouristas for your transfer from and to the airport.

It is also possible to rent a car or scooter in Gennadi.
